Glorious Garlic Green Beans
Serves 2 Ingredients 1/2 pound of green beans 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Instructions Begin by boiling 8 cups of water and a tsp of salt in a pot to blanch the green beans. Once water is boiling, cook for 4 minutes and then drain it, rinsing it in cold water. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add minced garlic and green beans. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and transfer to serving plate.

Serves 3-4 Ingredients 1 lemon 1 knob of ginger (minced) 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 1 tsp of mustard 1 head of cabbage 1 Granny Smith apple 1 carrot Salt & pepper Instructions Begin by combing all of your minced ginger, juice of 1 lemon, the rice wine vinegar, and mustard to create your sauce.
